Watches: $19.20 (A) per watch up to 2 colors.
$1.52 (A) each additional color.
Clocks: $5.60 (A) per clock, up to 2 colors.
$1.52 (A) each additional color.
Die Charge: $88.00 (A) 1st Color.
$30.00 (A) each additional color.
Ladies and Mens styles require separate die charges.

Minimum Orders:
Watches imprinted 12 Minimum.
Clocks imprinted 12 Minimum.
Unimprinted products 1 Minimum.

Less Than Minimum:
$100.00 (A) new orders.
$50.00 (A) repeat orders.

Engraving:
Personalization: $10.00 (A) per watch (name only).
Additional copy: $0.48 (A) per character.
(logos quoted separately on request)

Custom Medallion Dials:
Assembly Charge: $6.00 (A) per watch.
Medallion Dial Charge: Contact factory.
Medallion Die charge: Contact factory.
When requesting a quotation, please provide the following: Copy of the artwork, Product Style and Quantity.

Color Matching:
Exact PMS color match $88.00 (A) per color.

Artwork Requirements:
Camera ready, black & white, color separated art is required. We can accept art electronically in the following formats: JPEG, TIFF, GIF OR PDF. If not available the following charges apply:

Art Preparation is $88.00 (A) one hour minimum. A clean reproduction of the imprint must be submitted for separation and art preparation. Complete reconstructive/creative artwork prepared by factory, quoted prior to order acceptance.

Proofs:
Paper Proofs: $ 30.00 (A)
Actual Proofs: $104.00 (A) plus single unit price and all applicable set-up & running charges.

Production Time:
10 working days for Imprinted Products (first time orders).10 working days for Imprinted Products (repeat orders).6-8 Weeks for Medallion Products.10 working days for Engraved Products.

Special Packaging:
Available upon request. Contact factory for pricing and options.

Shipping: All orders shipped F.O.B. factory, Minnesota. Express-A-Button is not responsible for shipping or storage damage. All freight claims MUST be submitted to the factory within 5 days after receipt of order. Any claims submitted after 5 days may not be honored.

Drop Shipments:
$7.00 (A) plus postage per drop shipment.
CO-OP Programs: Pricing quoted upon request. Pricing valid from 1 year from date of order. Release charge: $30.00 (A) per release.

Order Policy: All imprinted orders are considered firm and non-cancelable. Orders awaiting proof approval are also considered firm and cannot be cancelled. All orders must be in writing. Faxed orders are considered valid. No phone orders accepted unless confirmed in writing within 24 hours after the call.

Marketing Policy: All products sold by Express-A-Button are to be utilized for the sole purpose of awards and promotional distribution. Products sold are NOT to be used for any program involving cash, liquidation or resale. Prices are subject to change without notice. Note: All dies and plates remain the sole property of Express-A-Button.

Returns Policy: All returns must be sent to Express-A-Button within 30 days. No MRA is required for authorization. Please call customer service for acknowledgment.

Product Guarantee/Service: All watches and clocks are guaranteed under the manufacturers’ warranty enclosed with each product. Please call the factory for authorization and shipping information on products returned for warranty service. Repair time is 6-8 weeks.

Terms: Net 30 Days upon credit approval or prepayment with order.
