What is the minimum order?
We have a 1 Piece minimum.

Is there a solar watch?
Bulova and Seiko carry a limited supply of solar watches

What options do we have to decorate?
Engraving, imprinting, medallion dials.

What is your production time?
10 working days upon receipt of order and artwork for imprinting and engraving. Custom medallions are 6-8 weeks.

Do you print logos?
Yes, with supplied logo.

Will I get a live customer service representative?
We do not have voice mail. Your phone call will be answered every time with a real person to assist you.

What is your sample policy?
You may order samples at full price. Samples may be returned within 30 days for full credit minus the freight if no imprint or engraving was done.

Can we combine pricing?
You may combine pricing on like items.

How do I return an item for repair or credit?
No need for an MRA number. Just call and acknowledge the return with customer service before sending. Be sure to insure your product! Repair lead time is 6-8 weeks.
